Artists who apply to the directory are responsible for ensuring that all information they submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove or decline any listing at our discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, design, and images — is owned by Northern Black or the respective contributing artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Artist portfolio images
By submitting portfolio images to the directory, artists grant The Nordic Tattoo a non-exclusive licence to display those images on the site. Artists retain full ownership of their work.
Limitation of liability
The Nordic Tattoo is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or availability of the site and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
